Employees work autonomously, without a fixed start time, arriving between 8am and 10am, and working for 9 hours (including 1 hour lunch break). For example, an employee could arrive at 9:30am and leave at 6:30pm (*core time: 11am to 4pm).
'Family Day' - work only 5 hours once a month
We support successful work-life balance! We offer a 'Family Day' once a month, where employees can work for just 5 hours and leave without notice. This can be used freely by individuals.
